Individual Counselling

The aims of psychotherapy are to help improve your mental health, wellbeing, and relationships, decrease unwanted behaviours, learn more about yourself, and strengthen your resiliency and ability to cope with challenges.

Ashley Carr:

Initial 15 Minute Phone Consultation: Free

Individual Therapy, virtual/in-person 50 min : $175/session

Taylor Paskar:

Initial 15 minute Phone Consultation: Free

Individual Therapy, virtual only, 50 min: $150/session


Cancellation policy

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hour’s notice. For late cancellations or missed appointments, 50% of the session fee will be applied.

Virtual and in-person options

Engaging in virtual therapy is an accessible and valuable way to access support, and is provided through secure video or phone call. Virtual therapy can help alleviate schedule challenges, increase comfort in the therapeutics pace, and is done through safe and secure channels.

In-person sessions available in Toronto, in the Dupont and Spadina area, located a 5-minute walk from Dupont subway station. Street parking available nearby.
