For practicing clinicians and new graduates, I offer individual clinical supervision and consultation sessions.

Working in the mental health field, and especially private practice, can be a lonely and overwhelming experience at times. I invite you to reach out if you are looking for a safe and supportive space to discuss and debrief any aspect of your clinical work. I approach supervision in much the same way I do psychotherapy, with an emphasis on exploration, gaining insight and perspective, and turning toward our own processes to better understand and make space for what comes up.

I have had the pleasure of providing peer support and mentorship throughout my various social work roles, as well as clinical supervision for Master’s level clinicians. Informed by my 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy and counselling services, and a position of curiosity and collaboration, I aim to support you in feeling more confident and grounded in your practice.

Rate for individual supervision: $150/60 minute session
